Roles of The Committee
President of the Directorate and Members of the Directorate.
Responsible for the BVOA Newsletters and liaising with Balvil over matters identified to the President of the General Assembly by BVOA members.
Treasurer
Responsible for the BVOA subscriptions including cash payments and standing orders and providing account information to the President of the Audit Board for the annual audit.
President of the General Assembly and Secretaries
Responsible for matters raised by BVOA members and for organising and running the AGM.
1st Secretary of the General Assembly (Membership Secretary)
Responsible for maintaining an accurate list of BVOA members in an Owners List and recruiting new members.
President of the Audit Board and Secretaries
Responsible for the annual audit of the BVOA accounts and checking the annual Maintenance Accounts, Linen Fund and Common Area expenditure with Balvil.
