The Balaia Village Owners Association (BVOA) is the organisation representing Balaia property owners. It acts as a voice for them with "Balvil" management on issues of joint concern.

History of The BVOA
The Association was initially formed in 1995 primarily as a social group and a way of communicating directly with each other. Then, on the advice of a solicitor, the Association was legally registered on 22 July 2010 as Association BVOA - Balaia Village Owners Association with a deed reference number of CAE94995.

When and Where do we meet?
Members of the committee meet regularly with "Balvil" management to discuss and raise ideas, concerns and offer opinions and recommendations.
An annual general meeting is held in October every year and offers members the opportunity to raise joint or individual concerns, meet other owners and find out about the latest developments on current and forthcoming projects.
