The Roles & Objectives of the Balaia Village Owners Association...

 The BVOA is independent of "Balvil" the management company and is non-profit making. Its function and objectives are:

The fostering of relationships between owners by the exchange of views and ideas.

 Promotion of interest in Balaia Village, its development, and opportunity, through the Association, of expressing views on future development.

 To harmonise the relationship between owners and management and provide a closer unity.

 To protect the legal rights of owners under Portuguese and European Law.

 To protect the financial investment of owners in both property and maintenance contributions.

 To provide a united voice when there are differences with the management over issues affecting owners.

 To keep owners aware and "in touch" by regular BVOA newsletters and Owners Lists.
